Clinical Yoga

Our clinical yoga classes have been designed for anyone wanting to improve their joint flexibility and muscle length through a series of stretching and mobilising exercises.

The classes run as a six week course and are a beginners level. We have designed the classes to be suitable for any age and any ability.

We use a variety of equipment such as blocks, belts and chairs to help assist you with the exercise.Over the course you will learn some key yoga postures and learn the importance of breathing with an element of meditation. Emphasis will be on movement and flexibility.
