Mindfulness Meditation Classes

We are very proud of the fact that we are able to offer mindfulness classes at our practice. We run two classes per week that run over a six week course. With the help of the brilliant Mark Warren (Mindfulness Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner) you’ll be introduced to some simple and highly effective techniques to help you worry less, sleep better and be more relaxed and at peace. 

You’ll have chance to practise what we learn at home in between each session.
