Our Pilates classes are run via Zoom – Book online for classes here

We run our Pilates classes as a 5 week course. This allows you to learn the basics of the technique in week one and progress over the 5 weeks at a level you feel comfortable with. Our beginner Pilates classes are taught by either a physiotherapist or a spine specialists instructor so you are in very safe hands. We run small group classes to ensure you receive the best possible interaction with our highly trained instructors over Zoom.

We will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire when you join our beginner Pilates class to allow us to create a more tailored approach to your training. We offer beginner Pilates to any age and any ability. Booking is essential so please visit our contact us page

The intimacy of our small online classes means we can offer a very different service to that of any other class. Our Pilates and yoga instructors are constantly refreshing their knowledge and are very highly trained to deliver specific clinical classes with individual consideration to each person in the class. These Pilates classes are designed to rehabilitate the following problems by retraining normal movement patterns:

  • Back and neck pain
  • Shoulder pain and instability
  • Incontinence
  • Hip and Groin pain
  • Sports injuries
  • Poor postures

These Pilates classes are designed for those wanting to achieve the ‘sculptured’ look by toning the abdominals, gluteals, shoulders and arms to create a toned figure and better posture. You will learn the basics of spinal alignment, correct activation of the core and the method of spinal and pelvic control.

This Pilates course is modified to adapt to the changes a womans body goes through before and after birth. Prenatally it can help maintain the strength of the pelvic floor and abdominals. We can teach you pelvic floor control which you can use during the labour. Post natal pilates is famous for helping regain your figure.

This is a private session with a Pilates instructor. Having one to one tuition will help target your specific area’s of weakness. It will give you a greater understanding of how your body works and will allow you to feel the benefits of Pilates quicker than in a class setting. Having one to one sessions will allow us to be more precise with your training.
