Our yoga classes Leeds have been designed for anyone wanting to improve their joint flexibility and muscle length through a series of stretching and mobilising exercises.

The classes run as a five week course and are a beginners level. We have designed the classes to be suitable for any age and any ability.

Our Yoga classes have the following benefits:

We use a variety of equipment such as blocks, belts and chairs to help assist you with the exercise. Over the course you will learn some key yoga postures and learn the importance of breathing with an element of meditation. Emphasis will be on movement and flexibility.

Don’t worry if you have never done Yoga before, our classes run as a course that will introduce you to the technique gradually to help you build your strength and flexibility at your own pace. Our Yoga studio in Leeds offers a calm relaxing environment to start you on your Yoga journey.
