We are very excited to offer a Gong Bath Experience with Carrie Naylor
Some of you may know Carrie already from her Pilates classes that she does with us, however Carrie is multi-talented and we wanted to share this unique experience with you!
''My sound healing evenings are a very passive experience, you simply lie down on a mat, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket and allow the sounds to wash over you. You can't identify or grasp any particular notes like you can with music. Instead, I will use my gong and singing bowls to create a soundscape that will take you on a relaxing and meditative journey, leaving you calm, focused and in the right place for a wonderful night's sleep.'' - Carrie
