Mindfulness Meditation Classes

We are very proud of the fact that we are able to offer mindfulness classes at our practice.

With the help of the brilliant Mark Warren (Mindfulness Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner) you’ll be introduced to some simple and highly effective techniques to help you worry less, sleep better and be more relaxed and at peace.

You’ll have chance to practice what we learn at home in between each session.

In fact, research using brain imaging techniques suggests that structural change in the way the brain regulates emotions appears after 6 hours of meditation*

The course will focus on many ways of introducing mindfulness meditation including:

  • Introduction and Course Overview – Research and studies, learning the basics
  • Mindfulness of breathing
  • Bodyscan meditation
  • Mindful movement
  • Mindful senses – taste, smell and hearing
  • Imagery and guided relaxation
