We are very proud of the fact that we are able to offer mindfulness classes at our practice in Leeds.
With the help of the brilliant Mark Warren (Mindfulness Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner) you’ll be introduced to some simple and highly effective techniques to help you worry less, sleep better and be more relaxed and at peace.
You’ll have chance to practice what we learn at home in between each session. The mindfulness classes are delivered in our Leeds studio, which is a calm, relaxed environment to help you focus.

In fact, research using brain imaging techniques suggests that structural change in the way the brain regulates emotions appears after 6 hours of meditation*
The course will focus on many ways of introducing mindfulness meditation including:
- Introduction and Course Overview – Research and studies, learning the basics
- Mindfulness of breathing
- Bodyscan meditation
- Mindful movement
- Mindful senses – taste, smell and hearing
- Imagery and guided relaxation

Mindfulness can be a brilliant, helpful approach for anyone. The above link discusses the benefits of mindfulness particularly for people experiencing stress, anxiety or depression. Came here for physiotherapy to treat my back as I was in agony. I walked out almost pain free after my first treatment, and after 2 more sessions I was back to my normal self. I subsequently joined onto their Pilates classes which I can highly recommend as it is keeping my back in great shape! Lyndsay and the team are amazing!

I see Lyndsay every week for a bespoke physio and a Pilates regime that has enabled me to do so much despite my many health problems. If you have an injury or a long term condition like hyper-mobility or EDS or fibromyalgia I strongly recommend you go see them! Lyndsay is especially good with hyper-mobile EDS.
